Akaai Spaces is a property development company based in Calicut. We develop and transform properties into high-value destinations, with projects that include resorts, event venues and other hospitality and commercial spaces. We work fast and use AI across our workflows, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited by that.

About the Role

You’ll oversee marketing across our projects and for our clients, from brand building and launches to day-to-day content. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be on-site, behind the camera, and working closely with clients and partners. The role involves travel to project sites and cities across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing for our development projects, resorts and venues: brand building, project launches, campaigns and bookings
- Run digital marketing across social media, paid ads (Meta and Google), websites and Google Business profiles
- Shoot and edit photos and video: property and venue showcases, construction progress, events, Reels and promotional content
- Use AI agents and services to speed up editing, content production and campaign execution, and to continuously improve results
- Manage content calendars and social media accounts for each project
- Meet clients, partners and investors; present marketing plans and share regular performance updates
- Track results (reach, enquiries, bookings, leads) and refine campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, contractors,



vendors and freelancers on shoots and deliverables
- Travel to project sites and cities across India when required

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate, hospitality or agency background preferred)
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras (Sony, Canon or similar)
- Editing skills in Lightroom, plus Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram and basic analytics
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (such as Claude) for fast-paced editing, content creation and workflow automation, or a solid willingness to learn
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Malayalam preferred
- Confident in client meetings and presentations
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Willing to travel across India

Good to Have

- Drone experience
- Hospitality, resort or event marketing experience
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
