Job Description – Civil Site Engineer

1. Job Details

- Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

- Job Location: Akola and Malegaon, Maharashtra

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on the interview

- Joining: Immediate joining required

- Interview Mode: Virtual Interview (Online)

- Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Akola or Malegaon.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.

- Monitor site progress and coordinate with workers, contractors, and site supervisors.

- Ensure work is completed within the निर्धारित project timeline.

Technical Skills

- Perform site leveling, layout marking, and measurement activities.

- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and construction plans.

- Understand setting out, dimensions, and alignment of structural and civil works.

- Check measurements and verify work according to approved drawings.

Quality Control

- Ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

- Monitor construction activities as per project specifications.





- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective action.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPR).

- Maintain records of site measurements, material consumption, and work progress.

- Report daily activities, site issues, and project requirements to the reporting manager.

Safety & Coordination

- Follow site safety rules and ensure workers comply with safety procedures.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other team members for smooth execution.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at the site.

3. Required Skills

- Knowledge of leveling, layout, and drawing reading.

- Basic understanding of civil construction methods and site execution.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to work at project locations and relocate as required.

4. Benefits
