Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control

- Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct inspections of civil works, including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project standards, and contractual requirements.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

2. Material Inspection and Testing

- Inspect construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand, concrete, bricks, and other building materials.
- Verify material test certificates and supplier documentation.
- Coordinate laboratory testing, including concrete cube tests, slump tests, soil compaction tests, and aggregate tests.
- Ensure materials are approved before use at the construction site.

3. Site Inspection and Testing

- Conduct routine site inspections and verify work against approved drawings.




- Raise and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Requests for Inspection (RFIs), as applicable.
- Monitor reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, shuttering, levels, alignment, and dimensions.
- Witness inspections and tests with client representatives and consultants.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure that non-conforming work is rectified.

4. Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare and maintain:
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
- Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Method statements and checklists.
- Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
- Inspection Requests (IRs).
- Concrete pour cards and test reports.
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Material approvals and quality records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
