Job Description: Digital Marketing Expert (Night Shift)

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in digital advertising, outreach campaigns, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct outreach campaigns through email, social media, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop effective outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and build business relationships.
- Create and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and campaign funnels.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Follow platform policies and best practices for advertising and outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Practical experience with outreach, cold emailing, prospecting,



and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
