JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruitment, sales hiring, EdTech recruitment, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment team management. The role requires a proactive HR skilled who can build strong talent pipelines and consistently deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BDA, BDO, Academic Counsellor, Team Leader, BDM, Sales Head and other corporate roles.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Manage high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies across different branches.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and branch leadership teams.
- Manage offer negotiation, selection, documentation and joining processes.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, joining ratio and source effectiveness.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Create and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Identify new and creative sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews and bulk hiring campaigns.




- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR and branch teams.
- Lead and guide junior recruiters / HR executives when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong talent sourcing and recruitment expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment portals.
- Experience in high-volume and target-driven recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Good MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience in EdTech / Education / Sales recruitment is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting BDA, BDO, Counsellor, BDM, Team Leader and Sales Head profiles will be an advantage.
- Experience managing recruitment teams is preferred.
