Key Responsibilities:

- Promote hospital services, departments, doctors & facilities.
- Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes & other healthcare organizations to develop referrals.
- Build & maintain good relationships with doctors & referral partners.
- Generate recent patient enquiries & follow up with potential patients.
- Conduct regular field visits for hospital marketing activities.
- Coordinate & promote health camps, medical awareness programs & outreach activities.
- Visit companies & institutions for corporate tie-ups and health check-up programs.
- Explain hospital services and facilities to patients & their attendants when required.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for patient appointments & enquiries.
- Maintain records of doctor visits, enquiries, referrals & follow-ups.
- Support hospital promotional activities, events & campaigns.
- Collect market feedback & provide updates to the management.
- Achieve monthly marketing & patient referral targets.

- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Hospital/Healthcare Marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with relevant healthcare/hospital marketing experience will be preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, PRO, business development or a related field.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and established doctor/referral networks will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered for junior-level positions.
