Job Description

We are looking for aspiring and motivated individuals to join our Category III AIF Business Development & Relationship Management team. The role is suited for someone passionate about building a career in business development, sales and relationship management, with the intention of growing into an excellent relationship manager within the investment management industry.

The role requires the candidate to connect with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), National Distributors (NDs) and Family Offices, and develop deep, long-term relationships with them. The position is challenging and best suited for individuals who are ambitious, proactive, and have a strong desire to achieve. It will require extensive travel for face-to-face meetings, strong interpersonal skills,



and the ability to effectively communicate with and convince distributors to partner with the firm and participate in its growth journey.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates with effective communication skills, an analytical mmindset, and a strong desire to build a career in sales and business development. Candidates should be goal-oriented, resilient, and eager to learn and grow in a performance-driven setting. Prior experience in sales, capital markets, or financial services, along with knowledge of financial markets, will be an added advantage.
