Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and connect with potential buyers and investors.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Arrange property visits and site inspections.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and pricing.
Requirements
