We are looking for a Mechanical Assistant with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to support 3D modelling, mechanical drawing preparation, equipment design, and other mechanical engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings of mechanical components, assemblies, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Assist in mechanical design, assembly planning, and fabrication activities.
- Support the design and development of experimental setups and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with engineers to modify and improve mechanical designs.
- Assist with material selection, component specifications, and basic mechanical calculations.
- Support other mechanical engineering and workshop activities as required.
Office timing: 9:30 AM to 7 PM
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and mechanical dimensions.
- Basic understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and assembly.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
