Vendor Management Intern / Fresher

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

MoniSa Enterprise is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Intern/Fresher to join our team in the Translation & Localization industry. You will work closely with the Senior Vendor Manager, supporting vendor sourcing, communication, database management, and project coordination.

This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates to gain practical experience and build a career in vendor management and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Sourcing: Identify and connect with translators, proofreaders, and localization specialists through research and outreach.
- Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain professional relationships.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate vendor records, contact details, and other relevant information using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Project Coordination: Assist in assigning suitable vendors to projects based on requirements, availability, and expertise.
- Operational Support: Assist the Senior Vendor Manager with daily tasks, vendor performance tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and follow instructions.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of the Translation & Localization industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in coordination, sourcing, customer support, or operations is an added advantage.
