About DOCTORS ACADEMY

DOCTORS ACADEMY provides guidance and consultancy services for students pursuing medical education and admissions. We are looking for experienced candidates who have previously worked in medical admission consultancies, NEET counselling agencies, or MBBS/PG medical admission consultancy firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents who are interested in medical admissions.
- Explain consultancy services related to NEET UG, MBBS admissions, NEET PG, MD/MS admissions, and FMGE guidance.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, counselling processes, and available consultancy services.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert interested prospects into consultancy clients.
- Handle admission-related questions professionally and build trust with students and parents.
- Share service information and follow-up details through WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead records, call reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Work towards lead-generation and client-conversion targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- candidates with at least 3 years of relevant telecalling, counselling, or sales experience.




- Prior experience in a medical admissions consultancy is strongly preferred.
- Experience handling NEET, MBBS, NEET PG, MD/MS, or FMGE-related enquiries is a major advantage.
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Telugu, Hindi, English, Kannada, or Marathi.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and lead-management systems.
