About the Role

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Customer Follow-Up Executive for our property office. The candidate will contact people who have shown interest in properties through Magicbricks and other property websites, understand their requirements, and encourage genuine prospects to visit our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Call property leads received from Magicbricks and other property portals.
- Speak professionally with potential buyers, tenants, and property customers.
- Understand the customer's property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain basic property details and answer initial questions.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Convince interested customers to visit our office / property site.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups on the computer.
- Update lead status and appointments regularly.
- Coordinate with the property sales team and inform them about interested customers.
- Handle customer calls and messages professionally.





Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good computer knowledge is required.
- Should be able to use email, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and property portals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead-management software is an advantage.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Should be confident, polite, energetic, and comfortable with follow-up calls.
