Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, skilled, and patient-focused Clinical Coordinator to manage clinical operations, coordinate healthcare professionals, and ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have a nursing background, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate patient care services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient care services.
- Schedule and manage nurses, caregivers, and patient care attendants for home healthcare assignments.
- Assess patient care requirements and coordinate suitable healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress, service quality, and feedback from patients and their families.
- Maintain patient records, clinical documentation, duty rosters, and service reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, hospitals, and patients’ families.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.
- Handle patient queries, service-related issues, and emergency escalations appropriately.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and timely reporting.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination for clinical staff.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc.



Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is mandatory.
- Relevant nursing registration as applicable.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may apply; prior experience in nursing, hospital administration, home healthcare, or clinical coordination will be preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain digital records.
- Ability to coordinate multiple patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
