Job Overview

The Prime Step is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, understand their digital marketing requirements, and convert prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in sales, and an interest in digital marketing services. Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with businesses and potential clients interested in digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Explain services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain client and lead information in CRM/records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred.
- Sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with confidence and a learning attitude can apply.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Experience

Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.
