We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries related to Apple products, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and other Apple devices.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information, guidance, and support.
- Help customers understand product features and basic device functionality.
- Coordinate with the technical service team to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely assistance.
- Explain service procedures and provide updates on service requests.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold the company's service standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in Apple products and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
