Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Rockwell Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Rockwell Automation products and systems, as well as experience in industrial automation and control system design.

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SCADA systems for industrial automation and process control applications.
- Develop and maintain SCADA HMI screens, dashboards, alarms, trends, reports, and user interfaces based on process requirements.
- Configure and integrate PLCs, industrial controllers, field devices, sensors, instruments, and other automation equipment with SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, and other industrial communication standards.
- Work with PLCs such as Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Delta and other PLC systems.
- Configure communication between SCADA, PLCs, sensors, energy meters, transmitters, VFDs, and other field devices.
- Troubleshoot communication issues related to PLC connectivity, OPC servers, network communication, device drivers, tags, and field instrumentation.
- Develop and configure SCADA tags, tag providers, tag historian, alarm management, historical data logging, and real-time monitoring.
- Develop SQL queries, database structures, and reports using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and MySQL.
- Configure and develop daily, monthly, production, energy and process reports using SQL and SCADA reporting tools.
- Perform database troubleshooting, data validation, historical data analysis, and optimization of SQL queries.




- Use basic Python/Jython scripting for SCADA automation, data processing, tag operations, report generation, API integration, and repetitive engineering tasks.
- Analyze P&IDs;, electrical drawings, control panel drawings, I/O lists, instrument datasheets, and control philosophies to develop SCADA applications.
- Coordinate with PLC, electrical, instrumentation, networking, and commissioning teams to resolve system and communication issues.
- Maintain SCADA documentation including tag lists, communication architecture, screen standards, alarm lists, database documentation, and system configuration documents.
- Ensure SCADA systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with industrial automation and Industry 4.0 / IIoT requirements.
- Support remote monitoring, centralized SCADA architectures, and multi-site industrial automation systems.

Experience: 4+ Years

Required Skills:

- SCADA: SCADA Development, Alarm Management, Historian, Trending, Reporting, Tag Management, Remote Monitoring (Ignition SCADA preferred)
- PLC: Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta and other industrial PLC platforms
- Communication Protocols: Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, DNP3, OPC UA/DA
- Field Devices: Sensors, Transmitters, Flow Meters, Pressure Sensors, Temperature Sensors, Energy Meters, VFDs, RTUs and Industrial Instruments
- Database: MSSQL, MySQL, SQL Queries, Historical Data, Reporting
- Programming: PLCs Programming languages, Basic Python/Jython, SQL, scripting and automation
