Job Summary:
House of Fett seeks an experienced, results-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store standards, product presentation, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure staff attendance,



grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel.
- Previous experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong sales, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and customer service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
