Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and generate interest in our projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and update lead details regularly.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
