Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Recruitment Officer to identify potential candidates, conduct field-level recruitment activities, and support the hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit suitable candidates through field visits and networking.
- Conduct recruitment campaigns and coordinate job fairs.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and local communities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with document collection, verification, and onboarding.




- Maintain recruitment records and submit daily activity reports.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two / Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Ability to meet recruitment targets and work independently.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
