About Property Mart Real Estate Consultancy
For over 24 years (est. 2002), Property Mart Real Estate Consultancy has helped clients buy, sell and invest in residential, commercial and industrial properties, with a pan-India presence and specialisation in the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway markets. We are building a robust in-house creative and digital marketing team to grow our brand across content, video and social platforms.
The Role
Drive the creative side of our content across blogs, news, social media and video, from idea to final output. You will report directly to the Founder.
Responsibilities
· Plan content ideas and creative concepts for blogs, news, social media and video
· Coordinate scripting, research, writing,
video and design work and keep it on schedule
· Review content for quality, brand voice and visual consistency before publishing
· Support campaigns, launches and project promotions with creative content
· Track content performance and improve formats, hooks and topics
· Work with freelancers and agencies where needed
Requirements
· Portfolio in content, video or brand creative
· Good writing, storytelling and editing judgement
· Working knowledge of social media, video and design tools
· Strong coordination and deadline discipline
· Understanding of real estate or a related industry is a plus
· Available to join immediately
