Job Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for kindergarten children.
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and phonics.
- Use storytelling, games, music, art, and play-based activities to make learning interesting.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor children’s learning, behaviour, and overall development.
- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Montessori school is required.
- Experience handling kindergarten or preschool children is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Ability to manage and engage young children effectively.
