Candidates having 2 to 3 years of hospital experience as IT Executive are prefered

1 Manage Hospital IT Infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and

network equipment.

2 Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and networking

issues.

3 Maintain Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and ensure their smooth functioning

and timely updates.

4 Coordinate with HIS/Vendor Support teams for troubleshooting and system

enhancements.

5 Ensure data security and implement regular data backup protocols.

6 Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity across hospital

departments.

7 Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords for new employees and doctors.

8 Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tagging, usage, and documentation.

9 Handle installation and upgrades of operating systems and application software.

10 Support telemedicine, EMR, PACS,



and other digital health platforms used in the

hospital.

11 Implement cybersecurity protocols, antivirus, firewall, and security patches.

12 Train hospital staff on the use of HIS software and basic IT troubleshooting.

13 Ensure 24/7 uptime of critical hospital systems, especially in departments like ICU,

Emergency, and OT.

14 Assist in compliance with NABH, HIPAA, and other healthcare IT standards.

15 Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, procurement, and technical support

services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
