Role Objective

Convert qualified residential and commercial property enquiries into meetings, site visits, negotiations and

transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate properties.

Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects until closure or clear disposition.

Coordinate with owners, developers and other transaction stakeholders.

Negotiate rentals, sale prices and commercial terms under management guidance.

Maintain complete CRM updates and next-action schedules.

Develop referrals and repeat-client relationships.

Work toward monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

0–4 years in real-estate sales, business development,



relationship management or high-value sales preferred.

Strong candidate from reputed colleges may be considered and trained.

Excellent communication, confidence and professional presentation are essential.

Persuasive, energetic and comfortable meeting clients and travelling locally.

Solid relationship-building, follow-up and negotiation potential.
