Our solutions support workflows such as admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, and institutional management.

We are looking for skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications. The ideal candidates will have strong backend development skills, practical database experience, and the ability to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET and the .NET ecosystem.
- Build, integrate and maintain RESTful Web APIs for web applications and external integrations.
- Develop and optimize SQL databases, including queries, joins, indexes, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Implement backend business logic, validation, authentication, and authorization.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and relevant frontend frameworks.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable and well-structured code.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Review code,



follow development standards and contribute to technical decisions.
- Work with QA, product, support, and other development team members to deliver features on time.
- Participate in database design, application architecture, and performance optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Follow secure coding practices and ensure the reliability and maintainability of applications.
- Support deployment, debugging, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core or ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of the .NET Framework or modern .NET versions.
- Practical experience developing and consuming RESTful Web APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, exception handling and debugging.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and data validation.
- Experience using Git or another version-control system.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Preferred Skills





- Experience with Entity Framework Core or another ORM.
- Familiarity with Angular, React, Bootstrap or similar frontend technologies.
- Knowledge of dependency injection, middleware, LINQ, and software design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with IIS, application deployment, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience with background jobs, caching, and third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of application performance optimization and secure software development.
- Experience working on ERP, SaaS, LMS, education management or other business software.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field preferred.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain production-level web applications.
- Solid analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, communicate technical concepts and collaborate with a development team.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate can take ownership of a feature from database design through API development and frontend integration. They should be capable of solving complex issues, writing quality code, making sound technical decisions, and supporting junior team members.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
