Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers for repayment follow-ups.

Educate customers on repayment obligations and resolve queries.

Negotiate repayment plans and assist in restructuring when necessary.

Collect overdue payments and issue receipts as per company policy.

Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.

Identify potential default risks and escalate cases to management.

Coordinate with branch staff and legal team for recovery actions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards during collections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
