Position: Patient Counselor cum Center Manager Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a healthcare setup (e.g., dental, IVF, eyecare, cosmetology, or diagnostic centers) with a proven track record in both counseling/sales and team management.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Counseling & sales Conversion

Treatment Guidance: Explain complex medical procedures, treatment plans, and post-operative care

Financial Counseling: Provide transparent cost breakdowns, discuss insurance coverage, and present financing or EMI options.

Sales & Conversion: Address patient hesitations, handle objections gently, and guide inquiries into

confirmed procedures to meet center revenue targets.

Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for patient grievances, ensuring a compassionate

and seamless healthcare experience.

Center Operations & Management

Daily Workflow: Oversee opening/closing procedures, patient scheduling, and clinic cleanliness to minimize wait times.

Staff Leadership: Supervise, schedule,



and train front-desk executives, nursing staff, and support personnel.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage stocks of medical supplies, consumables, and office stationery

to prevent shortages.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure the center strictly adheres to healthcare regulations, sanitation protocols, and medical record privacy laws.

Business Growth & Administration

Revenue Tracking: Manage daily cash flows, billing accuracy, and submit weekly/monthly financial

performance reports to corporate management.

Marketing Support: Coordinate local marketing campaigns, camps, or community outreach programs to drive current patient walk-ins.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
