Job Summary We are looking for a Civil Engineerwith 2–3 years of experience in real estate/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in site execution, monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors. Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure compliance with required standards. Check construction materials and workmanship as per specifications. Review civil and structural drawings and coordinate for any site-related discrepancies. Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and material requirements. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of construction materials. Maintain records of measurements, work progress,



inspections, and site activities. Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers/project managers for timely resolution. Ensure proper adherence to safety procedures and site regulations. Support project completion within the planned timelines and budget. Required Skills 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate/residential/commercial construction projects Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing activities. Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works. Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings. Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements. Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD. Robust site coordination and communication skills. Good understanding of quality and safety standards. Willingness to work at construction/project sites. Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in residential/commercial real estate projects, high-rise buildings, or large-scale construction projects

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
