Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant based in or willing to relocate to Mirzapur. The ideal candidate will manage core accounting operations, ensure tax compliance (GST & TDS), finalize financial statements, and lead bank loan/funding initiatives including CMA data preparation.

- Tax Compliance & Filing: Handle complete end-to-end filing and reconciliation for GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS returns.
- Financial Finalization: Manage monthly and annual Balance Sheet finalization, P&L; statements, and audit preparation.
- Banking & Loan Documentation: Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Data, project reports, and financial projections required for bank loans and funding facilities.




- Liaison with Financial Institutions: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for working capital limits, term loans, CC limits, and sanction procedures.
- General Ledger & Audits: Oversee daily accounting entries, account reconciliations, fixed assets, and assist statutory/internal auditors.

Who We Are Looking For -

- Experience: 8+ years of core accounting and financial management experience.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).
- Location Preference: Must be currently residing in or locally based out of Mirzapur, UP.

Key Skills:

- In-depth expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
- Hands-on proficiency in creating CMA profiles and project financing reports.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Presentable with strong communication skills for banking liaison and team coordination.
