Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation, website conversions, app downloads, and ROI improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Run lead generation, website traffic, sales, and app download campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.




- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve client objectives.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce, and app install campaigns.
- Understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and remarketing.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and performance reporting.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and meet performance targets.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive, analytical, and result-driven professional who understands how to scale digital campaigns, generate quality leads, increase app downloads, and maximize return on advertising spend.
