Kaya Hotels & Resorts is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Pelling, Sikkim.

Position Details

- Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Location: Pelling, Sikkim
- Department: Kitchen
- Salary: Based on experience and company standards
- Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality Indian and Chinese dishes as per company standards.
- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and Commis chefs.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and daily operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Indian and Chinese cuisine.




- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
