Operate, monitor and support the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and deployed integration services across development, testing and production environments • Monitor Mule applications, APIs, integration flows, queues, schedulers, runtime resources and system interfaces to ensure availability and performance • Provide operational support for integrations connecting SAP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, engineering, commercial and other enterprise systems • Investigate integration failures, message-processing errors, connectivity issues, performance degradation and data-transformation problems • Manage incidents, service requests and problems related to MuleSoft applications, APIs and interfaces in accordance with agreed service levels • Deploy, redeploy, start,



stop and roll back approved Mule applications and integration services through controlled release and change-management processes • Monitor failed transactions and coordinate message replay, reprocessing, reconciliation or data correction with relevant business and application teams • Maintain operational documentation, interface inventories, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, dependency maps and recovery instructions • Develop and report operational KPIs, including platform availability, interface success rate, failed transactions, incident volumes, resolution time and repeated failures • Continuously improve platform stability, operational efficiency, monitoring effectiveness, incident prevention and service reliability

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
