This is NOT a traditional telecalling or customer-service role.

Rupahali is looking for a polished and articulate Client Relationship Executive to develop genuine relationships with prospective and existing customers and convert qualified enquiries into showroom appointments and sales.

You will work with our existing customer database, Instagram/social-media enquiries and other lead sources. The role involves customer conversations, requirement understanding, lead qualification, personalised follow-up, appointment setting and maintaining accurate lead records.

We are particularly looking for someone who can communicate naturally and confidently with premium customers without sounding scripted or aggressive.

Key Responsibilities

- Work systematically on the existing customer database to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Respond to and follow up with Instagram and social media leads promptly.
- Make professional outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand the customer's requirements, occasion, preferences, budget and timeline.
- Build interest in Rupahali without being pushy or sounding like a telecaller.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential/premium clients.
- Schedule and confirm showroom appointments.
- Follow up with customers before the appointment and ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, follow-ups, appointments and outcomes.
- Follow up systematically with customers who have enquired but not yet purchased.
- Re-engage dormant/old customers at appropriate occasions, festivals and new collection launches.
- Maintain relationships with prospective customers through personalised communication.
- Share customer feedback, objections and lead-quality insights with Management/Sales.




- Ensure no lead is lost because of delayed or missed follow-up.

Core Accountability:
Every lead must be contacted, understood, followed up and either converted into a showroom appointment/purchase or have a clearly recorded next action.The person we are looking for

Mandatory:

- Excellent spoken English, Hindi and Bengali
- Polished and natural telephone communication
- Excellent listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with premium customers
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to build rapport rather than simply "sell"
- Experience handling customer enquiries/leads
- Ability to qualify and prioritise leads
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to maintain accurate records of every customer interaction

Not suitable if your experience is primarily:

- Telecalling with scripted calls
- Call-centre/BPO customer support
- Data entry
- Back-office customer service
- Only counter sales with no follow-up responsibility

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
