- Plan, coordinate, and execute marine engineering and ship repair projects.
- Review work orders, technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with clients, shipyard representatives, ship staff, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor daily project activities to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and allocation of work to supervisors and technicians.
- Identify material, tools, equipment, and consumable requirements for project execution.
- Supervise and monitor mechanical repair, equipment overhauling, fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and take necessary corrective actions.




- Maintain project records, including work reports, manpower details, material consumption, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the commercial team for work measurements, additional-work records, and invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparing project estimates, quotations, material requirements, and variation statements.
- Prepare project completion reports and ensure proper handover of completed work.
