1. Understanding the detailed drawings and doing on site markings before commencement of work.

2. Ensure proper coordination with client, PMC, vendors and labour teams for the respective works.

3. Ensuring the work is completed within the timeline and met with the quality set by the company.

4. Prepare running account bills and getting it approved by the PMC.

5. Ensure the snag works are completed as per satisfaction of the client.

6. Preparation of Rate analysis whenever necessary.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

- Hindi (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (Required)
- Overnight Shift (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
