Role: Talent Partner - Recruitment and Influencer Marketing Intern

II. Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment of all the open positions of the company:

-Tech/Engineering / Product/Database/DevOps positions

-Go-To-Market /Marketing/ Central function positions

​​-Understand the requirements in detail

-Prepare the JD as per the template of the company

- Sourcing: Use different sourcing techniques to hire skilled resources. Be well-versed with the usage of various job portals and the use of social media platforms for hiring.
- Screening: Responsible for evaluating the candidate on Fitment, Skills, and behavior before sharing it for further processing.
- Interview: Implement effective interviewing techniques, Schedule and follow up with the interview schedule candidates.
- Selection and Documentation: Follow up with the candidates once they are selected for the role, gather the needed information and documents.
- Offer and Joining Follow-up: Follow up with the client for the offer letter and the candidate for accepting and joining.

Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:

Influencer Onboarding:

- Conduct Primary and Secondary research on Influencers on Different platforms
- Build the influencers list segment-wise and region-wise
- Gather information about influencers from various Social Media Platforms like FB, INsta, Youtube, etc…
- Collect their details and onboard to the Influtech Platform

Strategic Support & Collaboration:

- Onboard Recent Influencers across different platforms, segments, and regions
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and develop marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Team to negotiate the rates and campaigns

Content Creation:

- Contribute to Influencer marketing research reports,
- Create LinkedIn posts, blogs,



and promotional materials.
- Help to refine and enhance marketing deliverables.

III. Requirements:

- Good Communication
- The interns must know the basic principles and practices of Recruitment.
- Should be good in Excel
- MBA or Management Degree candidates only
