Student Counsellor (Study Abroad)

We are hiring experienced Student Counsellors for our Kottayam office.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a Study Abroad consultancy / Overseas Education consultancy.

Role Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities
- Guide students in country, course, and university selection
- Handle student enquiries and follow-ups
- Support students with applications and documentation
- Provide basic guidance on admission and visa procedures
- Coordinate with processing and admissions teams

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in overseas education consulting
- Good communication and counselling skills
- Basic knowledge of study abroad processes and international admissions




- Ability to confidently handle student interactions
- Organized and target-oriented approach

Preferred

- Experience handling destinations such as UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
