Job Summary

Marketing House of Zachariah is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can turn ideas into engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences and supports digital marketing goals. The role focuses on creating SEO-friendly website content, blogs, marketing copy, and social media content that improves online visibility and strengthens brand communication.

You will work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to develop content that aligns with campaign strategies and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of professional writing experience, strong research skills, and a good understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital content trends.

In this role, your words won’t just fill pages, they’ll build visibility, strengthen brand authority, and turn ideas into meaningful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging blog posts, website content, service pages, and landing pages that align with digital marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Research industry topics, perform keyword analysis, and competitor research to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Apply SEO best practices including keyword placement, meta descriptions, heading structure, and readability optimisation.
- Optimise content to improve search engine visibility, organic traffic, and user engagement.
- Ensure all content follows UK English standards, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and professional tone.




- Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality grammar, clarity, and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Upload, format, and manage content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to develop effective content strategies.
- Support ongoing content marketing campaigns across websites, blogs, and digital channels.

What We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years of experience in professional content writing (agency experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent command of English with the ability to adapt tone for professional, conversational, and technical content.
- Good understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, keyword placement, H-tags, internal linking, and readability optimisation.
- Comfortable working with WordPress or similar content management systems for publishing and managing website content.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, Answer the public or similar content and SEO tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools will be considered a plus.
- Experience writing in UK English or creating content for a UK-based audience is an added advantage.
- A proactive individual with strong research skills who can manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

From brainstorming content ideas, writing engaging blogs and website copy, to crafting compelling marketing content, you’ll play a key role in shaping how brands communicate online.You’ll begin by researching topics, analysing keywords, and understanding the target audience to create content that is both engaging and SEO-friendly. Then, you’ll work on writing blogs, website pages, social media captions, and marketing copy that clearly communicates brand messages and captures attention. Collaboration is constant, as you’ll work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with campaign strategies and brand goals.You’ll also edit, proofread, and optimise content to maintain clarity, consistency, and search engine performance. Based on your skills and project requirements, you’ll contribute to live client projects, creating content that supports digital marketing campaigns and strengthens online visibility.When the words settle at the end of the day, your work won’t just be content on a page, it will be ideas that inform, stories that engage, and messages that help brands grow.
