Job Responsibilities
- Visit medical stores, retail shops, dealers, and distributors to promote company products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional schemes to potential customers.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities in the market.
- Collect customer feedback and provide regular market updates to management.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and business development.
- Identify new market opportunities and help expand the company's distribution network.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market activity updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market area.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, if field travel requires it.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in field marketing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wellness product sales will be an advantage.
