About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Important Note

This position includes a 1-month unpaid training/probation period. No stipend will be provided during the first month. Further employment terms and compensation will be discussed based on performance and company policy.
