Role Description The Inventory Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished goods across warehouses and production areas. Daily tasks include conducting regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and preparing inventory reports for management. The specialist will work closely with logistics and sales to support timely order fulfillment, minimize stock-outs and overstock situations, and implement best practices in inventory control. The role also involves using inventory management tools or ERP systems, following established procedures, and proposing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock tracking and optimization.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials Management to handle raw materials, finished goods, and related documentation efficiently.
- Experience with inventory or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in inventory, supply chain, retail, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
