Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.




- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.
- Basic solution architecting for Cloud based procurement system

- Active participation in preparing various project documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Coupa.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
