Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – O&M; to manage overall operations, maintenance, and performance of equipment and vehicles at the site. The candidate should have strong experience in operations, equipment maintenance, KPI monitoring, and team management to ensure operational efficiency, equipment availability, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall site operations and maintenance activities.
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of equipment and vehicles, including LTV, LTTV, ATV, and other related equipment.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize operational downtime.
- Develop, monitor, and review KPIs related to equipment performance, maintenance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
- Prepare and implement Standard Maintenance Practices (SMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage spare parts planning, inventory, and procurement coordination.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site operational procedures.
- Lead and supervise operations and maintenance teams, ensuring effective manpower utilization and productivity.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance.
- Relevant experience in handling and maintaining equipment and vehicles such as LTV, LTTV, ATV, and similar equipment is essential.
- Experience in KPI preparation, performance monitoring, maintenance planning, and team management.
- Experience in steel, aluminium, mining, or other heavy industrial environments will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
