Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales - Business Development Consultant with at least 1 year of experience to promote and sell ERP software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP software solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable ERP solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and update CRM records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT,



or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and business processes is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
