Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry, with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.

Candidates with experience in the Lithium-Ion Battery, EV, Electrical, Electronics, or related manufacturing sectors will have an added advantage. Recruitment consultancy professionals with relevant hiring experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers and department heads.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.




- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress to management.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in manufacturing-sector recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in technical and non-technical hiring.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and maintain accurate recruitment records.
