We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, develop, and implement IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB configuration, and integration of ITOM with ITSM processes. This role is critical in enhancing visibility into infrastructure and services, improving CMDB health, and automating operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Develop ITOM Solutions:
- Implement and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery , Service Mapping , Event Management , and Orchestration .
- Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations to support ITOM functionalities.

- CMDB Configuration and Health Monitoring:

- Configure and maintain the CMDB Health Dashboard to monitor completeness, correctness, and compliance.
- Ensure CMDB data integrity and alignment with business services and infrastructure.

- Discovery and Service Mapping:

- Set up and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to identify infrastructure components and relationships.




- Implement Service Mapping to visualize application services and dependencies.

- Integration with ITSM Processes:

- Collaborate with ITSM teams to ensure seamless integration of ITOM with Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Align ITOM capabilities with operational workflows and service delivery goals.

- Technical Documentation and Best Practices:

- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions using ServiceNow.
- Strong hands-on experience with Discovery and Service Mapping .
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining the CMDB Health Dashboard .
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and their integration with ITOM/CMDB.
- Experience with JavaScript , ServiceNow Studio , and Flow Designer .
- Familiarity with MID Servers , patterns , and probes used in Discovery.
- Knowledge of networking concepts , cloud infrastructure , and virtualization technologies .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Event Management , Orchestration , or Cloud Management modules.
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification.
