Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience. In this role, you will take design concepts from initial client ideation through detailed 2D/3D documentation, material selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Concept & Visualization:
- Create conceptual layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and material samples based on client requirements.
- Develop realistic 3D renderings and spatial visual walkthroughs for client presentations.
- 2D Drafting & Technical Documentation:
- Produce precise 2D AutoCAD working drawings, furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical/lighting layouts, and custom millwork/woodwork details.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and material schedules.
- Material & FF&E; Sourcing:
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, lighting, soft furnishings, wall finishes, and hardware (FF&E;).
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors, fabricators, and material suppliers.
- Site Coordination & Quality Control:




- Conduct periodic site visits to inspect execution progress and ensure alignment with design documentation and quality standards.
- Coordinate actively with site contractors, MEP engineers, carpentering teams, and civil workers to resolve technical site challenges.
- Client Communication:
- Present design proposals and sample boards to clients clearly and professionally.
- Incorporate client feedback promptly while maintaining budget constraints and design integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in residential, commercial, or modular interior design.
- Software Proficiency:
- 2D Drafting: AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- 3D & Rendering: Google SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape
- Presentation: Adobe Photoshop / Canva / MS Office
- Design & Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of furniture detailing, joinery, lighting design, and finish materials.
- Strong knowledge of site execution workflows and working drawings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent spatial visualization, client handling, time management, and communication skills.
