We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities and manage shop-floor operations. The role involves overseeing shift performance, manpower planning, production targets, quality compliance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and ensure target achievement
Manage manpower deployment and shift planning
Monitor efficiency, downtime, and productivity metrics
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance teams
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations
Strong leadership and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
