We are seeking a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor to join our Production team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, monitoring production processes, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

.Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.

.Monitor production processes and machinery operations.

.Ensure product quality and maintain production standards.





.Allocate duties to employees and monitor their performance.

.Maintain daily production records and reports.

.Monitor raw material usage and minimize production wastage.

.Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and employee discipline.

.Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality Control Departments.

.Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

.Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
