Role Description The Academic Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the advisor will provide individualized academic and career guidance to students, helping them understand program options, admission requirements, and progression paths. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student interests and goals, and recommending suitable universities and online programs. The advisor will assist with application and documentation processes, track student progress, and coordinate with mentors and internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey. The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, participating in information sessions or workshops,



and providing transparent, unbiased information that supports informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support learners throughout their education journey.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students align academic choices with long-term career goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with diverse student populations.
- Solid understanding of Education systems, online degree programs, and current trends in higher education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in academic advising, student support services, or career guidance, preferably in higher education or edtech.
- Ability to build trust, handle sensitive information discreetly, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or student management systems to document interactions and track student outcomes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
