About Beyondburg

Beyondburg is a fast-growing burger chain with outlets in Bangalore (Indiranagar, St Marks Road, Koramangala, Whitefield), Kochi and Calicut. As we grow, we need an operations leader who can keep every store running to the same standard.

About the role

You will own operational excellence and business performance across our Bangalore stores. You keep store operations, customer experience, team capability, food quality and sales consistent across outlets, and you connect leadership expectations to what happens on the floor.

What you will do

- Run smooth day-to-day operations across your stores: opening and closing readiness, staffing, SOP adherence and escalations
- Visit stores regularly and conduct operational audits
- Keep operations steady during staffing changes or gaps in store leadership
- Own store-level performance and cluster sales targets; track key metrics, spot underperforming stores and drive improvement plans
- Find growth opportunities: local marketing, upselling and store-level initiatives, and make sure revenue campaigns get executed
- Hold Store Managers accountable through regular reviews and follow-ups
- Coach Store Managers and shift leaders; support onboarding and training on service standards, product knowledge, hygiene and food safety
- Plan headcount, support hiring interviews and selection, and close staffing gaps early
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews; improve complaint resolution and guest satisfaction
- Keep product quality, food presentation, recipe adherence and hygiene consistent; drive corrective action on any deviation




- Track store maintenance issues and make sure equipment and infrastructure problems are fixed on time
- Own reporting across stores (sales, audits, staffing, customer feedback, wastage) and share regular updates with leadership
- Roll out SOPs and process changes; work with Operations, HR, Training and Supply Chain teams

You should have

- 4-6 years of experience managing multiple outlets in QSR, restaurants or retail
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Robust business and sales orientation
- Ability to coach Store Managers and build strong teams
- Comfortable with data: reading reports, finding trends and acting on them
- High ownership, follow-through and accountability
- Ability to keep standards consistent across stores in different locations
- Fluent English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
